I really like this response by Alito to the Justice Stevens' dissent: “Incorporation always restricts experimentation and local variations, but that has not stopped the Court from incorporating virtually every other provision of the Bill of Rights."
My husband and I are planning on getting our gun licences this year and I am extremely excited about it.
